No, the United States Marine Corps does not accept anyone who is not at least a permanent resident.

You cannot be a Commissioned or Warrant Officer in the USMC or any US Armed Service unless you are a citizen of the US.

The short answer is that you can't.
But if you are planning to study in the US or if you can find employment in the US legally, you could try enlisting in the Army through the MAVNI program if the program keeps getting renewed. |
