I ran accross this rather interesting site today:

Great site if you don't know what you want for dinner today..

How about some fresh baby seal meat??

Only $68.99 for 40 pounds..

Or maybe some of you US patriots in here prefers some Bald Eagle instead?
http://run.petsorfood.com/Merchant2...Store_Code=P&Product_Code=ABE&Category_Code=B
It's a steal for $4,299.95 for 30 pounds of freshly caught eagle..

And the more exotic of you may prefer to try the Komodo Dragon?
http://run.petsorfood.com/Merchant2...Store_Code=P&Product_Code=KD&Category_Code=RS
Only $100,099.99 for 75 pounds of dragon...

Enjoy your dinner! :D

(it's all a hoax by the way...)

Prison System
"State law requires us to serve inmates 4 ounces of meat with lunch and dinner, but our budgets keep getting cut by the state legislature. By buying our meat in bulk from Pets or Food, we're saving money, coming in under budget and we can still afford jerseys for the guards' bowling league."

I wil show that to my friends from Texas

Don't forget the recipes, incase you forgot how to cook your favorite dog cat, or parrot dish

whiskey tango foxtrot

anyone buys that from America, must be like ben franklin and want the turkey as our emblem :?

I am not too sure how much Mr. Franklin cared about turkeys. He fried more than a few of them with his experiments with electricity. He would charge the air in a big jar with static electricity and then zap a turkey. After zaping himself, which knocked him to the ground for a few minutes, he was much more cafeful with the experiment.

Um, obviously this site is some kind of a joke. Perhaps a vegetarian's idea of making us think about what we omnivores eat. A tad over the top I'd say.

It is possible to buy items like that on the "black market." The last I heard, and this was several years ago, a Komodo Dragon dinner (nothing close to 60lbs) was around 60,000 USD.

Read the fine print at the bottom of my first post... ;)

It's a hoax, but someone has obviously put a great deal of work in to making it.. :)

It's too bad, since I REALLY would like to try barbecued Dodo Bird one day..

There's a lot of different hoax sites listed here:
http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/hoaxsites.html
http://www.museumofhoaxes.com/hoaxsites2.html
Some of them are quite fun to read as well...

Enjoy.. :D

I never tasted Bald Eagle before but I've never been in prison either. It probably tastes like chicken anyhow and you won't have to share a cell with a large fellow who just can't take his eyes off you.
