Canadian Press - CALGARY (CP) - Alberta patients willing to pay extra for Cadillac hip replacements and blue-ribbon hospital rooms got the green light Tuesday under reforms launched by the province. Premier Ralph Klein and Health Minister Iris Evans announced that health regions can immediately begin offering - and charging - patients for enhanced medical items and services.
