A buddy of mine had to go into an RAF hospital for an operation.

Next morning a doctor doing his rounds came up to my buddies bed and asked, “What are you in here for airman?”

My buddy replied, “Hemorrhoids sir.”

The doctor replied, “No your not, officers have Hemorrhoids , airman have piles.”
