Sarah, did we go to high school together? I loved Journey. Had their first album! I used to sing into my hair brush. Thought the song was so romantic.

I followed a bar band called the Roustabouts. Lead singer, Gary Setzer is Brian Setzer's brother- Stray Cats fame.
You can STILL see 'em(if you want).
Just look up Gary Setzer Roustabouts on YouTube. They are at CBGBs! If ya like Rockabilly. Never missed a gig. What a hoot. Think it goes back to '83! Just sayin’!

OMG! I forgot to mention my favorite progressive hard rock band. They go waaaaay back, but I was a Rush nerd in High school! Then at least I found a friend who was into them too. They are still my fave, and I am near the big 50! Saw them last year. Busted an ear drum to boot!

p.s. Blondie was on Stephen Colbert recently. Most or all original band members are still there.

RUSH is STILL going strong!!! Just saw the boys last year... Busted an eardrum! Fan since I was eleven or twelve. That's when I "appropriated" 2112 album from my brother!!!! Now I am a pinch away from fifty! Going through see them again next year!
