Three soldiers and a housewife were arrested Friday on charges of planning a bank robbery in Fayetteville.
Prielinson Andre Conner, 20; Justin Lee “Fluffy” Roberson, 22; and Louis Edward “Rod” Rodriguez, 20, were charged with conspiracy, according to warrants. They are with the 101st Chemical Company at Fort Bragg.
Also charged with conspiracy was Tajia Renee Conner, 19, whose occupation is listed as “housewife” on a police report.
Bail for each suspect was set at $10,000.
The warrants say the four had conspired to rob the Fort Sill National Bank on Yadkin Road.
Tajia Conner and Prielinson Conner are wanted by the FBI in connection with other bank robberies, according to a Fayetteville police affidavit. Federal investigations into the other two suspects are pending, the document said.
Several police spokesmen did not return calls for this story Friday.
Tom McCollum, a public affairs officer for the 18th Airborne Corps, said he had no knowledge of the charges late Friday afternoon.
“We are going to cooperate with the local law enforcement offices,” he said.
Three of the four suspects live together in the 1600 block of Rim Road, according to warrants. Rodriguez is listed as having a Fort Bragg address.
