Welcome I new here as well and I plan on joining the corps in about a year. Does anyone have any tips to help me gain weight? I've tried those protein shakes and stuff, but they don't seem to work to well. I'm 135 lbs now and I would like to be between 160 and 180 and get a perfect PFT before I go in. I've also started working out. I usually run about a mile steady and then run/walk another two until I can get my stamina up to do three consecutively. I a, also lifting weights, push ups, sit ups etc. I do all of it daily and I was wondering if there was anything else I could do. Anything at all would be highly appreciated.
