US appeals court returns terror case to RI judge (AP)

AP - A federal appeals court has ordered a Rhode Island judge to hear more arguments on whether to vacate a $116 million judgment against the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority over a 1996 terror attack that killed a U.S. citizen and his wife.
