Military life's a lot better than most people say... in fact, sometimes it feels weird to be out here.
I'm stationed at Baekryoung Island. It's an Island that's way north west. It's about a 15 minute boat ride from North Korea and a 4 hour boat ride from the rest of South Korea. The locals speak with a bit of a North Korean accent.
Cool. I'll look it up on a map. But don't worry, I won't pass sensitive information to my friends. Did I tell you my father is friends with one of NK's intelligence top-executives? Oh well.
