AFP - A Muslim leader has warned that Britain is moving towards a "police state," comparing the situation to Nazi Germany after the anti-terror raids in the city of Birmingham this week. What a beatup. If this person can't accept the reasons why this is so. he should go back to a country where he is happy.
Sorry, but I'm losing patience with these ungrateful fools.
Yes, I do realise that all Muslims are not terrorists, but the rules apply to the non Muslim community too. and we must realise that they are made necessary by the lunatic fringe. Be they Muslim or otherwise.
At Birmingham Central Mosque, its chairman Mohammad Naseem urged Muslims to show restraint following the raids, in which nine suspects were arrested over allegations of plotting an "Iraq-style" kidnapping and filmed beheading.
The message to local Muslims is clear, said Naseem: "They must not lose heart, they should remain calm; they must maintain their dignity, they must obey the law of the land.
"That's what their religion demands of them," he told BBC radio shortly before the start of the main Friday prayer meeting.
Statements like, "Britain is becoming a Police state like Nazi Germany", do nothing to calm the situation. This is not what I would call a moderating influence.
All States look like police states to criminals, or persons who desire to commit criminal acts.
And the fact remains if "they" do not like the law of their adopted land or the land that their parents adopted, they should do us all a favour and go to where they will be happy. That's what I'd do if it were me. The law cannot be changed to suit the whim of the minority, or we will be no better than the country they or their ancestors left in the first place.
I did not say "if you don't like it piss off" I merely implied that they should vote with their feet and go to a "better" place. A statement somewhat more honest and less inflammatory than theirs.
Palestinians... what did I win Padre?

I would suggest that my version is a closer translation than you seem to be giving of this statement.I did not say "if you don't like it piss off" I merely implied that they should vote with their feet and go to a "better" place. A statement somewhat more honest and less inflammatory than theirs.
I will give you the same argument I have given others, you have no idea whether this guy is an immigrant or a UK born citizen where exactly would he go back to?What a beatup. If this person can't accept the reasons why this is so. he should go back to a country where he is happy.

"Form" has nothing to do with it unless you are in this merely to score points, it is a matter of the truth that I am interested in, not "point scoring"I agree completely it is a well used theory that you have lost the argument when you have to bring up the Nazi's as you can tell from your local clergyman's post its a great option to use when you have nothing really to say but feel the need to continue your crusade however its generally regarded as poor form.
The very reason I used the words that I did, was to avoid being accused of the very thing you are saying. in other words you chose to ignore the truth and deliberately misquote me, not a very good basis for your argument. Your agenda is showing badly I'm afraid. What is it, never let the truth get in the way of a good argument?I would suggest that my version is a closer translation than you seem to be giving of this statement.
It matters not a fig, he can still vote with his feet regardless of where he was born.I will give you the same argument I have given others, you have no idea whether this guy is an immigrant or a UK born citizen where exactly would he go back to?
http://edition.cnn.com/2005/US/03/29/schuster.column/index.htmlThe idea of a Nazi-Islamic alliance dates back to World War II, when Adolf Hitler played host to the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, that city's Muslim leader. Some Nazis, moreover, found refuge in places like Egypt and Syria after the war.
http://www.ihr.org/conference/beirutconf/010329jp.htmlAlready in 1937 Goebbels praised the Arabs' "national and racial awareness," noting that "in Palestine they hoist Nazi flags and deck their homes with swastikas and portraits of Hitler."
Indeed, Arabs were among the first to latch onto Nazi ideology. Undisguised fascist parties proliferated -- from Syria's Nationalist Socialists headed by Anton Saada to Ahmed Hussein's Young Egypt. But the kingpin was revered Jerusalem Mufti Haj Amin al-Husseini. His association with Nazi Germany predates his wartime activities in Berlin. His bloody uprising of 1936-39 was funded by Hitler and actively abetted by German Templars, resident here since the 19th century.
http://www.ihr.org/conference/beirutconf/010329jp.htmlThe PLO is a direct descendent of Husseini's forces, and its ongoing ties to neo-Nazis are amply documented.
