That fine makes me doubt the validity or importance of the data given away, basically there is a vast difference between giving away the specs for building a B-1 and giving away the specs for the light bulbs in it's cockpit.
Had it been all the data on these items I am positive someone would be going to prison assuming it was accurate data.
