Yes because if they're not given the vaccines, it would constitute as torture. :rolleyes:
I sure hope the injection process also doesn't constitute torture! It probably does if you get a good enough lawyer.
 
I find it amazing how "prisoners" get a vaccine and theres a shortage here in the US.
Just a thought, why not vacinate the people were supposed to protect. and not "suspected terrorists"
