They possibly could be old disused SAM sites. That's my best guess.

When did SAM technology become popular? Are SAM sites usually this big - around 150m*150m? What purpose do you think the circular structures would have served? What about Site 4? Also how likely do you consider that these are unrelated to the military?

Google for SAM Sites, from what I see they look absolutely typical in both size and layout. SAM sites can be as big as is needed depending on the number of missiles deployed, the revetments are only 25m inside diameter and would be ideal they also have a break for vehicular access.
Why do you ask, this is not what one would call unusual in a country using Russky AA defence systems, if you bother to look you'll probably find them all around Egyptian cities where they have not been destroyed.
