Freedom Fighter, by Creed.

I'm just a freedom fighter
No remorse
Raging on in holy war
Soon there'll come a day
When you're face to face with
Face to face with me

Can't you hear us coming?
People marching all around
Can't you see we're coming?
Close your eyes it's over now
Can't you hear us coming?
The fight has only just begun
Can't you see we're coming?

I'm just a freedom fighter
No remorse
Raging on in holy war
Soon there'll come a day
When your face to face with me
Face to face with me

No problem is insurmountable. With a little courage, teamwork and determination a person can overcome anything. --B. Dodge

We don't accomplish anything in this world alone ...and whatever happens is the result of the whole tapestry of one's life and all the weavings of individual threads from one to another that creates something. --Sandra Day O'Connor, Supreme Court Justice

In order to have a winner, the team must have a feeling of unity; every player must put the team first-ahead of personal glory. --Paul Bear Bryant

Never talk defeat. Use words like hope, belief, faith, victory. -- Norman Vincent Peale

Hope is the last thing that dies in man; and though it be exceedingly deceitful, yet it is of this good use to us, that while we are traveling through life it conducts us in an easier and more pleasant way to our journey's end. -- François de la Rochefoucauld

Ah Janie a song that I can finally relate to. The Eagles are one of my all time favorite bands and I could easily pick any number of thier songs. But maybe just to be different I'll pick the Bob Seiger song "Against The Wind". At least that what it feels like today at work. Now that I think of it there's a Janie in that song!
What the heck, because there are so many young'uns here I'll post the lyrics:

It seems like yesterday
But it was long ago
Janey was lovely she was the queen of my nights
There in the darkness with the radio playing low
And the secrets that we shared
The mountains that we moved
Caught like a wildfire out of control
'Til there was nothing left to burn and nothing left to prove
And I remember what she said to me
How she swore that it never would end
I remember how she held me oh so tight
Wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then

Against the wind
We were runnin' against the wind
We were young and strong, we were runnin'
Against the wind

The years rolled slowly past
And I found myself alone
Surrounded by strangers I thought were my friends
I found myself further and further from my home
And I guess I lost my way
There were oh so many roads
I was living to run and running to live
Never worryied about paying or even how much I owed
Moving eight miles a minute for months at a time
Breaking all of the rules that would bend
I began to find myself searching
Searching for shelter again and again

Against the wind
A little something against the wind
I found myself seeking shelter against the wind

Well those drifter's days are past me now
I've got so much more to think about
Deadlines and commitments
What to leave in, what to leave out

Against the wind
I'm still runnin' against the wind
I'm older now but still runnin' against the wind
Well I'm older now and still runnin'
Against the wind
Against the wind
Against the wind

Still runnin'
I'm still runnin' against the wind
I'm still runnin'
I'm still runnin' against the wind
Still runnin'
Runnin' against the wind
Runnin' against the wind
See the young man run
Watch the young man run
Watch the young man runnin'
He'll be runnin' against the wind
Let the cowboys ride
Let the cowboys ride
They'll be ridin' against the wind
Against the wind ...

Thanks DTOP, it was like having a really nice dance from long ago, and just what a soul needs every now and again.

billys got a gun...hes on the run
confusion in his mind...blind leads the blind
yeah billys got a gun..hes going to shoot you down
Got an evil in his eye..got a reason to dispise...theres danger in the air
...

you hear footsteps in the night, see shadows on the wall
and the ghostly sound of silence, as the mists began to fall
....

"Billys got a gun" Pyromania, Def Lepard

although its way ahead of my ape hanger days..sometimes i like that song for a theme..but it really is dark,

A better theme for me? Bostons "Don't Look Back" :D
