Does anyone know anything about the Boeing X-45A Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle (pluses vs minuses, capabilities, how far off from production); the Unmanned Rotorcraft (heli) and also the Hummingbird Warrior.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the plane that is like remote controlled and there is no pilot in it and it takes pictures of enemy territory or something from the air? I'm not sure if thats it or not, but it sure sounds like it.

I thought they were the next generation of combat assets - unmanned - but havn't seen plans, pics or much info - only have the movie "Stealth" to go on. :)

Anyone who wants to open the website on the x-45 in my post.

Here's another, better one.

There's some interesting stuff on that link. 8)

If you noticed which department (contracts) that came from, then you should know that the public won't get a lot of information on the program because it is still in the skunkworks. That means we may learn something useful in two years or so. DARPA will have to approve everything that goes on the web.
