A former soldier who lost his right hand trying to disarm a roadside bomb in Iraq in 2004 sued the Army, saying he was forced out of his office job at a tank arsenal in Warren, Mich., because his bosses didn't want him to park in a handicapped space. James McKelvey, 36, claims bosses and a coworker derided him as a cripple, refused to provide him with equipment to accommodate his disabilities and excluded him from meetings. He quit in March. Arsenal officials declined to comment.
