Hey milforum it has been a while since I last posted here.

I have been working out for quite some time now however I have reached a point in which I need to make some decisions.

First off, I am confused about which excercises I should do. Because I am headed towards a military career I want something tailored to it. Here's my workout:

Mondays: 3x 40 pushups, 3x 50 crunches, 3x 4 pullups (just started working on these), 3x dumbell curls (20 pounds), 3x Butterflies (15 pounds), x3 15 squats (with 20 pound dumbell), 30 minutes of cardio (jump rope).

I repeat that excercise for Fridays and do a variation of it on Wednesdays. I am 15 and in great shape however I want to be in even better shape. Could anyone give me any direction on what exercises I should do?

You're doing just fine but make sure you add back raisers. It's a muscle group that's often overlooked and that's the one that'll be carrying your pack.
