I generally tend to stay away from any of it to be honest.

Opinion: I think the media (written and televised) in general presents the facts to garner ratings and does not present all the facets of a situation.

I don't rely on any ONE source for news and information. I read the Boston Globe newspaper 7 days a week, but since that is 6 to 12 or more hours old by the time I get it, I rely on all five of my local TV News stations, New England Cable News, CNN Headline News and all of the major network News organizations on both the Internet and TV. I also read several monthly magazines such as American Legion, AARP Magazine, Consumer Reports and others. I also try to verify other sources by Google, www.snopes.com, www.breakthechain.org and others. In other words I try to get a varied look all across the spectrum.
