Topic: What's the formula for "doping" a scope?

I'm starting to research a project in school and I think I want to do it on shooting and I would like to know what's the formula for doping a scope on a rifle.

It depends on the rifle, the caliber, the distance, the temperature, the wind at your location, the wind at the targets location, the wind in between, the humidity, the temperature of your barrel and powder, the muzzle velocity, and many other things.

This should help

If you have the means I recommend watching a video from Magpul called Art of the Precision Rifle. A little dry in some parts, fascinating in others. However, it gives you a very good run down on setting up (doping) a scope and the role the rifle, ammunition, environment etc play.
