What is your favorite type of cheese?

The Cooler King said:
I like my cheese the way I like my people... American!

What is American cheese? Cheddar? Mozarella? Gouda? Is American cheese that stuff out of a can or "Cheese Whiz"?

Personally, I think American "cheese" is like American "beer"...a cheap mass produced product that bears no real relationship to the original...but I LOVES it!

(Come on, Americans...don't brew beer using rice, though :( )

Yeah, that really is what american cheese is like. I mean I love America, but that doesnt mean i have to limit myself to crappy processed cheese.

You are all a bunch of girly men when it comes to cheese.

Try aged blue costello if you dare.

Any sorts of Brie, Blue Castello, Jarlsberg, Norwegian Brown Goat Cheese or Regular G35 Brown Cheese.

Extra sharp Cheddar and Brie are good on crackers. On a sandwich, it's always Swiss or American, and rarely provolone if it's with salami.
