Danish vocalist Sidsel Ben Semmane with her song Twist of Love.
When the music for this video was to be recorded, the studio musician who played the drums had become ill.
My old friend Thommas, who played bass guitar, called me and asked if I could come and play the drums within an hour.
Without thinking about it, I said yes. I got fifteen minutes to learn the rhythm.
So on this video is actually me playing the drums.

Thanks.
I remember it as being great fun.

The Danish band Lars Lilholt band is famous in Denmark for their drumming gigs.
Enjoy.

John Legend, "All Of Me" 2013 Album "Love In The Future"

What would I do without your smart mouth?
Drawing me in, and you kicking me out
You've got my head spinning, no kidding,

I can't pin you down
What's going on in that beautiful mind
I'm on your magical mystery ride
And I'm so dizzy, don't know what hit me,

but I'll be alright
My head's under water
But I'm breathing fine
You're crazy and I'm out of my mind
'Cause all of me
Loves all of you
Love your curves and all your edges
All your perfect imperfections
Give your all to me
I'll give my all to you
You're my end and my beginning
Even when I lose I'm winning
'Cause I give you all of me
And you give me all of you

The Hollies, "The Air That I Breathe"
vil-lov4.gif

If I could make a wish, I think I'd pass
Can't think of anything I need
No cigarettes, no sleep , no lights, no sound
Nothing to eat, no books to read
Making love with you has left me peaceful, warm and tired
What more could I ask, there's nothing left to be desired
Peace came upon me and it leaves me weak
So sleep , silent angel ... go to sleep...

Dear 13,
Too emotional for me. Wonderfully made movie about a one in a million kind of person. I was raised watching the realities of the Holocaust on PBS. My Dad, Mom sitting right there. There were no questions from me. It's like I understood at such a young age and I mean young. I was raised in a non- religious Jewish home. I know of people who perished in concentration camps. It can be a very sad world.

wife and I went to see it at the theatre. on the way out after it was over no one said a word.

if you saw it you remember the little girl in the red coat.

The girl was portrayed by Oliwia Dąbrowska, three years old at the time of filming. Spielberg asked Dąbrowska not to watch the film until she was eighteen, but she watched it when she was eleven, and was "horrified." actually traumatized. Upon seeing the film again as an adult, she was proud of the role she played.

It was one of the most emotional movies I've ever watched. I don't remember learning about the Nazis until around middle school. We read the Diary of Anne Frank and watched the movie while in elementary but I didn't know a lot about it until later. I remember feeling sick during class while the teacher was showing us pictures. It's really unimaginable and there were truly evil things which occurred.

13..namvet... these videos and pics are well suited for the "War and Military Videos" thread. :salute2:

I love this hymn.

I grew up in a home where hymns on the organ were often played.
My mom is the assistant organist in the local church.

Nearer, My God, To Thee
