while i do agree he is moving like a three legged elephant, it can't be easy (or wise to) run over such rocky terrain. i would have thought that would have been inviting a rolled ankle and falling over, getting yo shot up even more. that said he could definetly move a lot faster and still be safe
 
Fire and movement is alot more intense in rocky terrain, but common the guys giving a sight picture a five year old could hit. Perhaps his tactic is to move so slow people will lead him to much and miss!!!! haha
 
I wish I had the time to turn this into an instructional video. :)
It would be good for morale... for OUR troops.
