Agreed but will they stay out, Russia is like an infection, if it isn't completely cleaned out it comes back.

It is a hard one to believe as the Russians just want a ceasefire to refit and return and the other wants its territory back and knows a ceasefire won't see that happen.

Personally, I don't see why peace talks can't go ahead along with hostilities, they have in many other wars.
