My JROTC Unit is down on numbers. We only have 43 people in the fourth year. We have done everything to recruit except a website. I think this would get the numbets up drasticly. If you could supply links to your JROTC sites or tell thing that could help get members that would be great. I love JROTC and we are on probation both from the Air Force and the county.

Did you guys go to Middle school, 8th graders, and talk to them about the JROTC programs. I did that 2 times and I think it does helps.

We went to two middle schools and still no increase in intrest

try making a recruiting video. it worked for my group. we went from 97 cadets to 211 in two years

Any sort of media support you can get is great.

Perhaps you could talk to the local TV News station about having them do a quick 2 or 3 minute demonstration, where you could have some drill shown, and someone talking about how to join.
