Looks like a standard 7.62x39mm AKM that's been modified - rear sight looks like it was taken from the AKSU and to hazard a guess, the rest of the gear is aftermarket add-ons.
From the way she's holding the rifle, this looks like a staged photo for some magazine or website using all the "cool" gear they can find.
