There was a Russian, a Jamacian, an American, and a Mexican all on a raft. The Russian pulls out a bottle of vodka, drinks some, then throws it into the ocean. Everyone was like "What was that for?". And the Russian says "In my country we have so much vodka we can afford to waste some." With that the Jamacian pulls out some weed, smokes some, then throws it into the water. The Jamacian says "In my country we have so much weed we use it as currency.". Then the American thinks, and then smiles. The Mexican says "Don't even think about it man."
