Gator U of B and B Alumnus Jan 31, 2007 #2 I'd say it's doubtful the CIA would turn anyone over to Germany for trial, even with Democrats in charge of the US Congress. Money may have to be paid out in this case, but on the downside of things, the CIA may choose to bury any future mistakes.
