Videos ? ?

MightyMacbeth

I am Honor
Hello, well I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find short clips(videos) of some planes that were used in ww2, or any clip that shows a ww2 plane. It can either be actually from ww2 or modern (sound clips are okay as well) . To narrow it down, I am searching the planes:

-spitfire
-Hurricane
-Bf109
-Stuka dive bomber

In case you are wondering, its for a project I am doing.
Thanks in advance :camo:

Theres a lot of good stuff on youtube but I assume you want to download and keep the videos, if so you will need two programes.
Am at work now so can't remember which ones (I think one is videograbber) they are but when I get home I'll check it out.

Sorry for taking so long but the first programme you need is Gotube v1.1 which can be found at http://www.orbitfiles.com/download/Augmint grab it quick though as was a prick trying to track it down (my version came on a cover disk from an Oz PC mag)

The second is a website called www.keepvid.com then follow the second set of instructions from the following link.

http://www.tdcgamers.org/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=1789
the desciption is a bit sparse so have changed point 10

1. Go to the site you want to get the video from (Google, YouTube, iFilm etc.)

2. Get the link e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNw_OXwawdk

3. Go to www.keepvid.com

4. Paste the link into the "entry panel"

5. Choose the site you got the link from in the drop down menu to the right saying "Any Site" i.e. for the link above I would select YouTube

6. Click download

7. Wait a few minutes and then it will load up a link to click

8. Click the link and the download will appear

9. Choose save and wait for the download to complete

10. Make sure you add .flv to the end of the file name eg; file abc becomes abc.flv this is so gotube will recognise it when you load it up for conversion.
