I got Flight Sgt for encampment at Cherry Point in June this year. I'm the Flight Sgt for Mike Flight (I didn't want to be Sierra Flight). And all those who went to Wing HQ for staff selections from 082 got what they went for. Three of use got flight sgt; who make up all of Squadron II and one flight commander in Squadron I.
