1.How does one upload an image to my "Member Info Box" shown to the left of a Posting?
2.How do you use the "Smlies" in your message; I Drag & Dropped several in my Welcome Post & it show up as HTML text in the Forum?

You can upload or edit Your Avatar image in Your UserCP.

There are two ways to use the forum smilies.
1. Click the "Reply" button under the thread, to enter the "Advanced" posting screen. And you'll find all of the available smilies in there.
2. Click this link to get a list of all available smilies, and the shortcodes to use directly in the posts.
