Sure it can!! The young man bought a small sewing machine for his prom date. The UPS man who delivered it, saw it and started laughing so hard that he backed over the embankment. :D

Whats so different to explain?
This joung fellow used his tool to sabotage the brakes of the Car in the back...
 
I think sevens is right the boy did buy his prom date a sewing machine, BUT I think the ups driver was down the embankment saw the young man and got so enraged that he tried to drive up the hill to run over the guy. But I'm drinking so I could be wrong
