UN Council to hear report on oil for food scandal

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - Paul Volcker, the head of an
investigation into the oil-for-food program for Iraq, plans to
tell the U.N. Security Council on Wednesday how the world body
mismanaged the corruption-tainted operation.
