Prime Minister David Cameron said on Friday he was confident he could renegotiate Britain's relations with the European Union to allow it to remain in the 28-nation bloc. I'm wondering if he will have the guts to have a referendum. The signals I am getting tells me that Brits want out of the EU. Its costs the UK a lot of money for little in any return.
