Parliament endorsed Pavlo Klimkin as foreign minister and Stepan Poltorak as defense chief in the cabinet of Arseny Yatseniuk as shelling persisted in eastern Ukraine despite a fresh truce deal between government troops and pro-Russian separatists. ...
