(UK)Will police now shoot to kill?

You guys have been keeping up with all this right? Turns out he didn't jump any barriers, he didn't even run, he wasn't even wearing any heavy clothing, just a light jean jacket. Even more, he was sitting down on the subway with a newspaper when he was shot.

...

wow

Ah exactly they didnt even want a public investigation into. He was shot 7 bloody times in the head once in the shoulder, and 3 shots missed him. Surely you dont need to fire 11 shots?! If they are so good with dealing with terrorist acts this wouldnt of happened

But this is the Uk's first time experiencing this kind of terrorism first hand, so it is going to a take a while to get up to the standards of other countries who deal with it everyday.

While you are right in one sense in that this kind of terrorisim is new to the UK, you know aswell as i do that we, along with perhaps Spain and Israel, have more experiance with terrorists than anyone else. And what other countries standards are you referring to. Only Israel has delt with suicide bombers for a long time. And even they have not learnt to stop it.
