U.S. Seen Moving Quickly on N. Korea Talks After Election

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - No matter who wins the Nov. 2 election, the United States is expected to move quickly to engage North Korea in a new round of talks about its suspected nuclear weapons programs, South Korean ambassador Han Sung-joo said on Wednesday.
