NEW YORK (Reuters) - The Bush administration and interim Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi are pushing several Western and Middle Eastern countries, including Iran, to join in holding a conference in October to boost Iraq's electoral process, The New York Times reported on Saturday.
