The IDF is respected all over the world as a highly professional army and is being watched with a magnifying glass by the media, yet they were never brought before the ICC.

You did it again, didn't you! That quote does not appear in the source cited (Michael Ben-Zohar's biography of B-G), Neither does it appear in Ian Lustick's Arabs in the Jewish State. It's a fabricated quote.
Did you ever check the authenticity of that quote?
