You guys wanna talk about an easy job? my left turn signal hasn't auto shutoff in months, so what do I do, I go buy a turn signal cam set at Auto Zone. Did I need the cam? No all I needed was the spring, but I figured at $11 wth I'll change the cam anyway, once you get the wheel off and the lock ring off its pretty basic, just remember the long metal pieces have spring under them that you kinda need, but enough grease and they don't fall off during assembly.

20 minutes start to finish, new turn signal cam, springs and all with the slider and slider catch mechanism transfered over, and I have my left turn auto shut off again :)

God I love older Chevy's :)

Oh, btw for all you old car haters guys, the cam sat there day after day sionce 1989 and loged 173,000, before the spring broke :) top that with anything built after 2000
