Training regimen

I'm going to basic for the Army Nat'l Guard this fall (october) and would like to know if anyone has training tips or routines.
 
Do PT every day until you leave, thats about it. If your going to Benning do even more PT.
 
Also stay injury free. If you think you hurt something, stop, ice, compress and elevate and take ibuprofen. Rest it until it's good to go (usually a night's rest will do the trick). Don't think that you'll toughen yourself by pushing through an injury. It's counter productive.
