Three suicide attacks strike army, Nigerien soldiers in Mali

BAMAKO (Reuters) - Suspected Islamists carried out three suicide attacks on Malian and Nigerien soldiers in northern Mali on Friday, a spokesman for Mali's army said. Four suicide bombers were killed in the attacks in Menaka and Gossi, towns in the northern region of Gao, but only one Malian soldier was lightly wounded, Lt. Colonel Souleymane Maiga told Reuters.
