A Can of Man

Je suis aware
I find "wut" incredibly annoying. Why can't it just be "what"? And it's not like these guys can't spell.
Does it irritate you after a while?

It depends when it's being used. For instance, on MSN messenger, I don't care, they know what I'm talking about. People who say "wut" don't always type like this:

"omg itz da end 0f ze w0rld!!2@@!k"

Wait until you hear "wut" in real life... enough times and your head will explode. I have undergone several skull surgeries.

meh, it doesn't annoy me that much, its just another txtword making its way onto the net.
i tend not to say what (say what? LOL) but "whaa?"
i guess im just lazy

Eh, people can deal with it. I think it's innapropriate for these or any forums, it makes you seem like a fool. :)

YES!! can't stand it!!. WHat's even worse is stupid little 12 year old girls who type some sort of alien language and end everything with a z. (I.E. lolz, boiz, girlz.) :biggun:

Sure it's annoying...

But something that annoys me even more is when people use "like" in every sentence, or every 5 seconds. "I was like" "He was like" "She was like" "It's like" "Like..."
Bugs the hell out of me.

I believe the ones with all the symbols (not the 1s and 0s) is known as Leet. It's short for "elite" and it's pretty much computer geek version of English.

'wut' is up there on the Annoying List. After talking to several people on MSN that use it though, I don't really notice it. Myself, I use '?' when I want to know 'what'.
