Are White Police targeting young black males ? it seems that a fractional minority of the black community seem to think so , black males make up 65% of the prison inmates while at the same time American Blacks make up 13% of the general population , I would say that the police on a whole keep their eye on ALL young men that have no visible means of support yet they have plenty of free time and have money to buy drugs and sell drugs , too many idle hands .
