Concern that Pakistan's government will manipulate Monday's parliamentary elections grew Friday as Human Rights Watch released an audio recording of the country's attorney general apparently saying the elections will be "massively rigged." In the recording, Attorney General Malik Qayyum appears to advise an unidentified person who wants to run for office to contact officials of an unnamed party who will "massively rig to get their own people to win. If you can get a ticket from these guys, take it."
