Taiwan Foreign Minister to Visit Grenada, U.S.

TAIPEI (Reuters) - Taiwan Foreign Minister Mark Chen left on a trip to Grenada three days early to offer help to the hurricane-devastated island, but will stop off on a private visit to the United States, a Taiwan spokesman said on Sunday.
