In case this might answer your question's intent, I think that cultural dialog is essential for understanding different points of view in the world today. Such dialog may lead to agreeing to disagree at worst, with an optimum result of understanding WHY other cultures behave as they do. Unfortunately, cultural dialogs have generally been conducted by those who have an impulse to plow under any foreign viewpoints regardless of their relative merits. In other words, what works in the asphalt jungle of a big city is unlikely to provide optimum results in a jungle of trees...

Maybe there is such a difference in our "culture dialogues" that I have absolutely no idea of what you are on about.

you know there are a culture dialog or civilization dialog, taking place from time to time betwean nations , started in united nations in 2001
and the the dialog activites are yearly taking a plece at somewhere in different countres.

You only need to look at the list of who is talking to see that this is an Islamist world domination camel trying to stick it's nose into the tent...

The United Nations has served its purpose, preventing global holocaust until the technological level advanced sufficiently to create today's (and the future's) internet. It is time to kick the "diplomat"'s butts back into their home territories IMHO, because they serve only to obstruct rather than facilitate the processes for which they once served. With automatic translation of documents, the communications among cultures become easy, requiring no intermediary. Think by analogy of the Protestant split away from the traditional Catholic church. Protestants decided that they did not need any PRIEST standing between them and God. In a similar manner, the citizens of the world are getting along just fine without DIPLOMATS and the GOVERNMENTS run by POLITICIANS funded by ELITIST interests whose only goal is the savage OPPRESSION of the world's citizens.
