Who is supporting AlQaeda

I found a website "tamkeen.com" a persian site related to alqaeda and i used who is
http://whois.domaintools.com/tamkeen.com
And i found some thing not very wonderful
The owner was "Khalid al-juhani" an alqaeda member from saudi arabia and the site is related to US. Def.Dep with some interface layers.
 
Pakistan was , were , maybe , could be , probably are the handlers for AQ , Bin Laden enjoyed Pakistan's protection for many , many years until good old Bin became expendable , such is life .
 
So who is supporting Pakistan, I will give you a clue it starts with a U and ends with an A.
