Stryker survived 500 pound bomb
This stryker was hit on the right side. It is a bloody APC, it has to give that much of protection. Absolutely correct. Check out these two T-72 Indian tanks that were knocked out by the LTTE in 1987 in Sri Lanka, with buckets full of TNT buried in the ground.rocco said:luck. 100 KG bomb can take out an MBT... this was 2.25 larger than that...

and T72 armor > stryker...
the styrker is a total waste of tax payers money.. the m113 gavin should have just beeen upgrades, like all other countries have done, and the result would be a much more economic, safer, better, lighter and reliable weapon which is already in great numbers...
