Status Updates

Been out boozing with the lads.
Someone told me the sandman were gay so now I don´t want to sleep..
 
Picking up a mess of packing foam that came with a sinker mold I bought, the beagle pups have strewn the stuff all over the yard, must be their idea of a joke.
 
Watching football and wishing people would stop calling/texting me. Football is FAR more important than friends. :mrgreen:
 
Trying to survive over 40 straight days of triple digit temp’s and practically no rain. I don’t see how farmers and ranchers here in E. TX will survive.
 
Sitting on the back porch drinking beer, surfing on the iPad and watching the dog chase the horses around.
 
After 3 solid days of monsoon like rain,

Now it's just me, a folding chair, a bluetick sleeping in front of a box fan,....and an arsenal of fly swatters....

Damn yellow flys won't know what hit em.

Thats my life to a tee, and a little Dragon Age: Origins mixed in.

Went for a walk hand in hand with my wife on the beach and saw the sun go down. Just got home.
Now I look forward to a good cognac and a good book
 
Looking at the glittering garden spider web after another late summer shower, just bought a pack of Don Diego smooths from an import cigar shop downtown and gonna place my bets on no limit Texas hold em tonight.
