My question is... why can't they just stick to the book?? Everyone knows that movie, other than the bugs, were a complete disaster.
Why would it be so hard to have the REAL power suits and the weaponary described in the book? The hand flamers, the rockets, grenades, and I think another thing to be explored would be a heavy machine gun of sorts. With jump jets and the 3 different classes of armor.
Wouldn't that be grand? A first person shooter looking through the helmet screen.
Also why not just PUT IN the capsule drop? It can't e that hard. Just basically have the climbing up bit as an animation and have the character basically start the mission in the air after the capsule has broken apart.
